Before Your Rental

• 📧 After booking, you will receive a DocuSign packet with all required rental documents and waivers.

• 🎥 You MUST watch the required safety videos on our website’s homepage under the "Safety Videos" section.

• 📸 After watching, print or screenshot your test certificate and bring it to check-in.

Day of Your Rental

• ⏰ Arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for check-in and a quick review.

• ⚠️ A $1,000 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card prior to departure.

• 🛢️ Boats must be returned fully refueled. If not, fuel charges will be deducted from your deposit.

Policies

Rescheduling:
🔄 You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your rental with no penalty.

Cancellations:
❌ Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
