Sea-Doo Rental - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What are your hours of operation?

  • We operate daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, weather permitting.

2. Sea-Doo Rental Requirements

  • Age for Riding: Passengers must be at least 45 inches tall to ensure their feet touch the footwells, promoting safety and control.
  • Age for Operating: Operators must be at least 16 years old and must watch a PA Boater Safety video provided by the company before driving.
  • All drivers must attend a safety/educational briefing before operating the rental.

3. Reservations & Cancellations

  • Reservations should be made at least 4 hours in advance of rental time.
  • In certain cases, if available, the 4-hour window may be waived.
  • Booking and online payment are preferred for a smooth rental process.
  • If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Preparing for Your Rental

  • Arrival Time (VERY IMPORTANT): Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time to complete paperwork and participate in a mandatory safety briefing.

What to Bring: A valid ID and A major credit card for a $1,000 security deposit hold against damages.

(Note: Some credit cards have limits—please ensure yours can handle this hold.)

5. Safety & Equipment

  • Life jackets are provided and mandatory for all riders.
  • All safety equipment, including life jackets, meets U.S. Coast Guard standards.

6. Fuel Policy

  • Sea-Doos must be returned with a full tank.
  • Fuel is not included in the rental price.

7. Damage Policy

  • Safe jet ski operation instructions are provided to minimize the risk of damage.
  • A hold will be placed on the renter’s credit card for damages.
  • If no damages occur, the hold is fully released after the rental.
  • If the Sea-Doo is returned without fuel, the fuel cost will be deducted from the security hold.
  • Renters are responsible for any damages incurred, and repair costs will be assessed accordingly.
